We supply engineering capacity and managed technology services to organisations that need capable people faster than a hiring cycle can produce them.

What we do

Most capacity problems are timing problems rather than hiring problems. The work is real now and the approved headcount arrives in six months, or the skill is needed for eleven weeks and then not at all. Barton exists to close that gap with engineers who have already been assessed.

We operate four practices from one bench: staff augmentation, managed support and end-user computing, AI and software development, and automation engineering. We also provide solution consulting and supply technology with the engineers who deploy and support it.

The company is headquartered in Dubai and staffs engagements across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Asia and the Americas, employing engineers locally wherever the requirement calls for it.

How we operate

Named people, reachable

You know who is on your account and can contact them directly. We do not operate an anonymous resource pool behind a ticket queue.

One contract across regions

Multiple countries, one agreement, one invoice and one escalation path, with local employment handled underneath.

Honest scoping

If the work is smaller than you believe, or is not work we should take, we say so before quoting. Declined work costs less than a failed engagement.

Replace rather than argue

Wrong fit in the first week is our cost and requires no justification from you. The commitment is contractual.

Written commitments

Response times, replacement rights, IP ownership and screening standards are published on this site and appear unchanged in the contract.

No client name-dropping

We do not publish client names, logos or project descriptions. References are provided privately, with the client's consent, at the appropriate stage.

Working with partners

We deliver behind other IT firms, managed service providers and system integrators under their brand and their service levels. Partner arrangements include a fixed rate card and a non-solicitation undertaking covering your clients.
