Staff augmentation
Engineers who join your team rather than a separate delivery unit. You set the priorities and run the standups. We carry employment, compliance, continuity and replacement risk.
Our approach
How we run staff augmentation
The failure mode in this market is a contract that transfers people but not accountability. Six things we do differently, each of which is written into the engagement.
-
We take a role brief, not a keyword list
Before we search the bench we agree what the engineer will own in their first month, who they report to, and what a good week looks like. This is a twenty-minute conversation and it removes most of the mis-hiring risk that CV matching creates.
-
You interview every engineer
No engineer is assigned to a client without a client interview. If you decline someone, the next profile comes from the same shortlist within one business day. We do not renegotiate a rejection.
-
Engineers work inside your process
Your repository, your ticketing system, your definition of done, your ceremonies. We do not run a parallel process and report into yours, because that is where context is lost.
-
A named delivery lead above three people
Engagements of four or more engineers include a delivery lead at no additional cost. They own escalation, reporting and continuity, and they are a person you can call rather than an inbox.
-
Replacement is a guarantee, not a negotiation
If an engineer is not right in the first week, we replace them, no questions asked, and absorb the ramp cost. Beyond that window replacement remains available with a standard notice period.
-
Knowledge stays with you
Documentation, runbooks and handover notes are produced during the engagement, not at the end of it. If an engineer rolls off, the next person starts from written context.
Send us one role and see how the process works.
A single engineer is a reasonable way to test a supplier. Profiles arrive within 48 hours and the replacement guarantee applies from day one.
