How we work
Time-zone overlap and communication
Distributed delivery fails on communication far more often than on capability. Overlap hours, reporting cadence and escalation paths are agreed in writing before an engagement starts.

Overlap
Guaranteed overlap hours
Every engagement specifies a minimum daily overlap with your team's core hours. Four hours is our standard commitment; more is available where the work requires close collaboration.
Standard overlap
Four hours minimum with your core working day, every business day. Sufficient for stand-ups, reviews, pairing on blockers and same-day decisions.
Extended overlap
Six or more hours where engineers work shifted local hours. Used for close pairing, incident-heavy work and early-stage product build.
Follow-the-sun
Continuous coverage across three shifts with two hours of live overlap at each boundary, so handovers are conversations rather than documents.
Tell us your core hours and we will tell you which regions fit.
Coverage is a planning question, not a sales one. If a region is a poor fit for your working day, we will say so.
